PPSI represents a line of full wall assemblies systems. Walls have become very complicated in today’s construction climate with many recent code changes and restrictions. PPSI has extensive knowledge in wall assembly code compliance, including NFPA - 285 and Continuous Insulation requirements. We offer products in the full wall assemblies including Rainscreen cladding materials, subframing systems, insulation (PolyISO, Mineral Wool, Spray Foam), air/vapor barriers, and masonry products. RAINSCREEN CLADDING

PPSI offers cement fiber, terracotta, ceramic tile, aluminum composite metal, high pressure laminate, and ultra high performance concrete panels for cladding materials. We offer a full range of colors in each material.

SUBFRAMING

ASHRAE 90.1 2010 now require continuous insulation in cavitles making traditional Z girts obsolete. PPSI offers both horizontal and vertical bracket and rail assembles to meet the engineering performance and energy code compliance, including systems for podium, LGMF, CMU and concrete walls.

INSULATION

PPSI represents all basic exterior insulation materials (XPS, Mineral Wool, Polyiso, and Sprayed Polyurethane). We recognize unique performance properties of each technology and can provide insight on the ideal approach to meet complex demands of R-Value, Water Absorption, Fire Resistance, NFPA 285 Code Compliance, Thickness, and Installation Attachment in todays wall assemblies.

MASONRY, STUCCO, PRECAST

With the advent of air barriers and continuous insulation in the cavity, masonry tie requirements, flashing and window jamb closure demands have increased. We can provide a range of high performance ties, membranes and entangle nets to achieve maximum envelop performance.
